Tacos are part of the culture of San Antonio, so National Taco Day is one of the best days of the year. In our house, we eat tacos several times a week - crispy tacos, breakfast tacos, guisada tacos. The list goes on and on. (I'm making myself hungry!) To celebrate this delicious day, I created a giant taco pillow.
